I remember\u00a0my two visits to St David&#8217;s;\u00a0one was when I joined the\u00a0Easter Day morning worship at the Cathedral. The other was\u00a0in the summer when we stayed at Tenby and had a trip to Caldy Island. It was\u00a0also\u00a0my first time view of the Cathedral, and we walked along the cliff top, with stunning views,\u00a0and saw that little sanctuary in the rock where a monk once lived. I had EG&#8217;s book The Child From The Sea but had not read it so Roch Castle was not foremost in my thoughts then. Since reading the book, (only in the last two years I have to admit, and after many attempts) I particularly appreciated\u00a0the pictures you put on the site\u00a0and your article. Perhaps one day we might get to visit again who knows.\u00a0The vicar at the Church\u00a0 I attend\u00a0 was once the vicar at St David&#8217;s Cathedral, I ought perhaps\u00a0to ask him if he has heard or read\u00a0The Child From The Sea.\u00a0Probably not heard of it &#8211; many years my junior.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Marion<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Re Pembrokeshire Pilgrimage Thank you so much for your articles which I always enjoy.
